政策问题
Civic engagement
IP encourages employees to learn about 政策 issues and to participate in the civic process. We believe voting is a nonpartisan issue and that our nation’s laws should enable safe and secure elections as well as broad voter participation.
Advocacy and political reporting
As a commitment to transparency, International 纸 discloses our efforts and priorities and any use of corporate funds for political purposes.
International 纸 publishes a voluntary report of political contributions on a semi-annual basis. We earned the designation of CPA-Zicklin Index Trendsetter by the Center for Political Accountability who publishes an annual Corporate Political Disclosure and Accountability report to measure the political transparency and oversight practices of the entire S&P 500. We are one of 87 Trendsetter Companies to receive the top ranking for political disclosure and accountability due to our voluntary reporting efforts. We sponsor the International 纸 Political Action Committee (IP-PAC) in the U.S., which allows eligible employees to voluntarily support political candidates and committees. The IP-PAC is employee-funded and employee led. All IP-PAC reports are available on the Federal Election Commission website.
IP reports its federal advocacy activities every three months as required by law with the Secretary of the U.S. Senate and the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives.
